1. About Magnetize This

Magnetize This creates custom photo magnets and related personalized products. Because every order is made specifically for each customer, all products are considered custom-made.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• All information provided is accurate and complete.

• You have the legal right to use any photographs, artwork, logos, or other content submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted content submitted without authorization.

3. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload.

By submitting content to Magnetize This, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify as necessary for production, and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any uploaded content.

4. Product Variations

Because every product is custom printed:

• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

• Minor cropping may occur to fit square magnets.

• Slight differences in brightness, contrast, or positioning are normal.

• Handmade production may result in minor variations that do not affect product quality.

These differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

6. Shipping

Production times and shipping estimates are provided as estimates only.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS or other carriers

• Weather

• Natural disasters

• Holidays

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

7. Return & Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is related to print quality, manufacturing, or your satisfaction with the finished product, Magnetize This will gladly:

• Reprint your order at no additional cost, or

• If a replacement does not resolve the issue or is not preferred, provide a full refund.

Requests made more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

However, after seven days, we may, at our discretion, provide store credit toward a future purchase.

This policy does not apply to damage caused after delivery, improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

We may request photographs of the product before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, product designs, and website functionality, is owned by Magnetize This or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnetize This shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Products are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted website availability or that the website will always be error-free.
